What you will do

• Architect, develop, test, and scale intelligent automation and AI workflows across enterprise productivity platforms.
• Write production-grade Python, Bash, Java, PowerShell, and Node-based software, including middleware, internal tools, API connectors, webhooks, and data parsers.
• Deploy Azure automation that improves access to workplace support, devices, collaboration services, and employee workflows.
• Build AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Zoom AI Companion, and foundational LLM APIs for ticket resolution, enterprise search, and data classification.
• Automate Intune and Jamf Pro endpoint and identity workflows through Microsoft Graph and Jamf APIs, including zero-touch provisioning, posture monitoring, and conditional access.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and documentation with Git, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps while maintaining auditability and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SaaSOps, Systems Engineering, or a highly automated Workplace Engineering role.
• Expert proficiency in Python and PowerShell, including asynchronous API integrations, custom webhooks, Java, Bash, and complex data parsers.
• Hands-on experience developing and hosting automation scripts or services in Azure, with knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and key-vault token encryption.
• Deep technical and API-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including app deployment and Microsoft Graph filtering, and Jamf Pro, including Classic/Pro APIs and Jamf Webhooks.
• Advanced automation experience across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Zoom JWT/OAuth app management, Zoom Webhooks, and AI Companion deployments.
• Operational understanding of software systems aligned with NIST SP 800-53/CSF and structured data pipelines managed under ISO 20022 requirements.
• Proven experience with enterprise iPaaS platforms such as Workato or Power Automate and raw-code integrations of LLM capabilities.
• Security-by-design mindset covering token management, least-privilege API permissions, and data privacy, plus the ability to translate requirements from security, compliance, subject-matter experts, and business teams into automated software architectures.
