Senior / Lead Developer (Rust, C/C++, Python) (FinTech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain FinTech platform components using Rust, C/C++, and Python.
• Build and optimize market data modules and trading connectors.
• Develop exchange connectivity solutions and automated trading systems.
• Design and implement high-performance asynchronous applications.
• Work on low-latency trading infrastructure for efficient market interaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of Rust or C/C++.
• Experience developing robust asynchronous applications.
• Experience working with low-latency systems.
• Knowledge of Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cython and Numba.
• Familiarity with QuestDB, AWS API, or Akka.
