TL;DR
Engineering Manager (Fintech/.NET): Leading the architecture, development, and delivery of high-availability trading, brokerage, CRM, and payment integration platforms with an accent on .NET, React, cloud-native architecture, and engineering governance. Focus on designing scalable APIs and event-driven microservices, modernizing legacy systems, driving AI-assisted engineering practices, and ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid schedule with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

What you will do
- Lead and grow engineering teams and Tech Leads through hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Own the architecture, code quality, and delivery of high-availability .NET and React platforms.
- Lead development across web and mobile trading platforms, CRM and Back Office systems, and payment service provider integrations.
- Design scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Drive automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, release readiness, Jira and Confluence governance, and delivery reporting.
- Modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, adopt AI tools, and improve system reliability, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on .NET software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership.
- Expertise with .NET, React, TypeScript, SQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
- Experience designing high-availability, low-latency systems and working with scalability, resilience, observability, monitoring, and production support.
- Experience managing Tech Leads, senior engineers, or multiple engineering teams, with strong Agile delivery and Jira and Confluence governance.
- Experience with CRM, Back Office, and web and mobile trading platforms, including client onboarding, KYC, funding, pricing, order execution, positions, and margin workflows.
- Background in Forex/CFD brokerage or trading technology, regulated financial environments, payments, compliance workflows, and distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with MT4, MT5, cTrader, or proprietary trading platforms and their server and manager APIs.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation.
