Focus on designing scalable workflows, integrating in-house AI models, optimizing performance, and translating attacker TTPs into executable logic.
Location: Remote, based in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do
- Design and build AI-driven agents that emulate adversarial behaviors such as lateral movement, privilege escalation, and persistence.
- Develop simulation and orchestration components primarily in Go and integrate them with in-house AI models.
- Design core engines and data models for distributed simulations that replicate real-world attacker behavior at scale.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Write clean, testable, readable, scalable, and maintainable Java code for systems serving thousands of customers.
- Solve cross-cutting technical challenges involving legacy migration, high-throughput data pipelines, and API standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in a modern programming language.
- Strong Go experience is preferred; experience with Python, Node.js, or C++ is also relevant.
- Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and orchestrating complex workflows.
- Knowledge of graph modelling or graph databases such as Neo4j.
- Software engineering experience with Java and a focus on scalable, high-performance code.
- Remote work is associated with Tel Aviv, Israel.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI/ML-driven systems or agent-based simulations.
- Experience as a red teamer, penetration tester, or security researcher.
- Cybersecurity experience and collaboration with red teamers, researchers, and data scientists.
