Sr. Threat Researcher - Detection

What you will do

• Investigate emerging threats and malicious techniques and define technical mitigation requirements.
• Execute the detection research roadmap across threat actor attribution, adversary infrastructure analysis, EASM insights, and STIX-based knowledge management.
• Analyze infrastructure and campaigns, including domain and IP relationships, hosting patterns, and certificates.
• Design AI-driven security agents using expert threat actor and defender reasoning, agentic flows, prompts, decision logic, and investigative strategies.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to produce AI detection models.
• Architect scalable solutions for evaluating platform security metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity research.
• In-depth knowledge of operating system internals, malware analysis, and network research.
• Strong reverse-engineering skills for x86, x64, and ARM binaries.
• Experience with IDA, WinDbg, Sysinternals, and similar analysis tools.
• Strong coding skills, including the ability to work with internals and develop proofs of concept.
• Strong ownership, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of modern AI techniques or strong motivation to work with AI experts on intelligent systems.
• Kernel development experience.
• Advanced C++ skills.
