Senior Associate, Commercial Operations (Fintech)

Location: Manila, Philippines; candidates must be based in or near Metro Manila. Hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

• Update and publish banking product terms and conditions and campaign content on SingSaver and Seedly websites using Strapi CMS.
• Coordinate provider briefs and campaign changes across Commercial, Marketing, Product Content, Data, and external banking partners.
• Maintain banking vertical trackers and reports, including monthly Personal Loan run-rate updates in Slack.
• Validate fulfilment reports, reconcile consolidated figures, and confirm data for Finance billing and invoicing.
• Provide ad hoc commercial operations support and keep process maps and documentation current.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to maintain accurate, timely campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in campaign operations, commercial or marketing operations, content operations, or partner operations.
• Hands-on experience updating website content through a CMS and working accurately from provider briefs and terms and conditions.
• Based in or near Metro Manila.
• Strong written and spoken English required, with the ability to communicate across internal teams and external providers.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers, reporting, and cross-checking data.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Strapi or another headless CMS.
• Knowledge of Singapore banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, CASA, investments, and related terms and conditions.
• Experience reconciling provider reports, fulfilment data, billing, or invoicing processes.
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or process mapping.
• Experience supporting a market remotely or working in a multi-market team.
