Senior Ecommerce Manager (Shopify)

Location: Remote across Europe with occasional visits to the office in Deinze, Belgium.

Salary: €88,000–€105,000 per year, with an 85/15 split, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize content for a multinational webshop, including homepage, category, landing, blog, and promotional pages.
• Manage country-specific localization, pricing, customization, and product placement.
• Launch and maintain products in Shopify with accurate content, imagery, data, metafields, and tags.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and homepage/category updates while optimizing navigation, search, and site organization.
• Analyze customer behavior and site metrics, test new approaches, and contribute to SEO and online traffic growth.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, creative, software, and engineering teams to scope, implement, and QA Shopify integrations and site features.

Requirements

• Deep experience building in Shopify Plus.
• Experience with multi-system digital platforms, including ERP, CMS, CRM, email, and/or analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for improving the online experience.
