Specialist, Customer Order Fulfillment

Location: Remote, United Kingdom — Northern Ireland; must work North American hours.

What you will do

• Improve delivery performance by identifying and implementing supply chain process improvements.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable supply chain plans and drive recovery actions to closure.
• Manage customer escalations, resolve supply issues, mitigate risks, and address systemic challenges.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Services, and Customer Account teams on material requirements and forecast accuracy.
• Chair weekly customer order board calls covering orderbooks, delivery issues, recovery plans, and upcoming projects.
• Manage quarter-end order pull-ins, receiving extensions, shipment approvals, shipment tracking, credit ship holds, OOB orders, and RMAs.

Requirements

• Ability to work North American hours.
• University or college degree.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience, including order management or fulfillment expertise.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within Supply Chain to achieve delivery performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-regional and cross-functional collaboration.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and a track record of achieving demanding targets.
