MortgageTech Client #1 | Senior Full Stack Developer (MortgageTech)

A staffing company operating globally, representing a direct marketplace for whole-loan mortgage transactions with smarter pricing, automated eligibility assessment, and end-to-end transaction management.

What you will do

• Build product features across the stack using Vue 3, TypeScript, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Evolve loan pricing and investor eligibility matching engines.
• Integrate with LOS platforms, due diligence providers, credit vendors, and valuation vendors.
• Design data models and background pipelines that remain performant as volume grows.
• Write and maintain tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software, with substantial depth across both frontend and backend development.
• 3+ years of hands-on Vue.js and TypeScript experience.
• Strong Python and Django skills, solid REST API expertise, and database experience covering schema design, query performance, and safe migrations.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar, including running several agents in parallel and judging their output.
• Hands-on experience building AI into products, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Experience in complex platform companies involving real integrations, real data, and real scale.
• Strong UI/UX awareness and clear written and spoken communication.
• Proven remote-work experience, including shipping independently from a home office and communicating primarily in writing.
• Strong teamwork, fast execution, independent ownership of several workstreams, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Ability to lead and influence without requiring a formal title.
• Excellent English, written and spoken, and comfort working in a client-facing professional environment.
