Project Manager (iGaming)

Location: Full-time onsite work in the New Belgrade office, Belgrade, Serbia.

What you will do

• Develop project plans, define priorities, assess feasibility and risks, and align deliverables with business goals.
• Lead projects from initiation through completion while managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, dependencies, and parallel workstreams.
• Coordinate product, technical, operational, internal, external, and vendor teams; resolve delivery issues and manage urgent hotfix coordination when required.
• Manage project requirements, CMS settings, testing, validation, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Track project costs, maintain documentation, and prepare status, performance, budget, and delivery reports.
• Create and prioritize tasks, lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority, remove obstacles, and ensure accountability and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of secondary education in a general or professional track.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher in both written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience in the iGaming sector.
• Solid knowledge and experience managing project lifecycles and delivering results.
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external contributors.
• High level of self-management and initiative.
• Ability to process data and make logic-based decisions.

Nice to have

• Solid experience working within the regions of Africa and Asia.
• Hands-on experience managing CMS and CRM platforms.
