Bookkeeper (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Manage the accounts payable cycle, including vendor setup, purchase order authorization, invoice recording in NetSuite, vendor payments, and account reconciliation.
• Review and approve employee expense reimbursement reports according to company policy.
• Track bank balances and credit card transactions, and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Work with outsourced accountants abroad and manage service providers and subcontractors.
• Prepare fixed asset working papers and manage the depreciation cycle.
• Support quarterly and annual audits and reviews, and handle ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper Type 2.
• 4–6 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with the global ERP system NetSuite is required.
• High-proficiency English, spoken and written.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Team-player mindset and good technical orientation.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global high-tech company.
• Experience with DOKKA, MESH, or ZIP.
