ATE Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Test, validate, and characterize new semiconductor products.
• Design and develop test cases, evaluate results, and support product quality, performance, and manufacturing readiness.
• Create proof-of-concept automated test solutions for new test strategies, technologies, and methodologies.
• Drive test-time reduction and cost optimization while maintaining product quality and test coverage.
• Collaborate with design, validation, product engineering, and manufacturing teams during product introduction and high-volume production ramp-up.
• Analyze test data and yield trends to identify continuous-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, or a B.Sc. with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in high-frequency, mixed-signal, digital, and analog test development and execution.
• Experience developing automated test equipment solutions in high-volume manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of System-on-Chip, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or LTE testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Experience programming in C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT).
• Experience with revision control systems such as Bitbucket and SVN.
• Experience with embedded programming and microcontrollers, transceiver architectures, integrated circuit design and development, or hardware design and development.
