Hardware Test Engineer (EV Charging)

What you will do

• Plan and execute test activities for new and existing hardware products.
• Configure and run automated tests for long-term reliability and product releases.
• Work with hardware and firmware engineers to investigate issues and improve product quality.
• Analyse test results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to verification and validation strategies and define testing approaches for future products.
• Develop test methods and improve laboratory test setups.

Requirements

• Good understanding of electronics.
• Practical experience with soldering and general laboratory work.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, C, or similar languages.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, certificate of apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required.
• Structured, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware testing, verification, or validation.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Norwegian language skills.
