Senior Test Data Specialist

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia, Poland.

Rate: up to 115 PLN/h net on a B2B basis.

What you will do

• Execute the test data strategy for the Home Journey project covering the customer home-buying process in the Nordics.
• Create reusable test data assets, synthetic datasets, edge-case and negative-test data, and business-realistic data combinations.
• Develop automated test data provisioning, self-service delivery, refresh, cloning, subsetting, and non-production environment support.
• Implement data masking and anonymization, validate data quality and usability, and ensure GDPR and internal-policy compliance.
• Integrate test data generation with automation frameworks and CI/CD-driven provisioning to support automated regression and parallel testing.
• Monitor data availability and quality, resolve data-related issues, and document processes, standards, and dependencies while collaborating with testers, developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, plus knowledge of mainframe systems and setups.
• Experience with data extraction and transformation, test data generation, masking, cloning, and subsetting.
• Hands-on implementation of Test Data Management solutions.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or a similar language.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices, including Git and Jenkins.
• Experience supporting automated, integration, and E2E testing and working in Agile teams.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix, or Informatica TDM.
• Financial services domain knowledge.
• Experience with synthetic data generation tools and AI-assisted test data creation.
• API testing experience, including SOAP.
• Kubernetes and cloud platform knowledge.
• Experience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing.
