Payments Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Serbia

Company

Developing and operating the Libertex online trading platform, which provides access to stocks, CFDs, commodities, Forex, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and other underlying assets.

What you will do

• Monitor PSP balances daily and analyze metrics across multiple payment solutions.
• Conduct daily transactional reconciliations, manage manual PSP settlements, and reconcile invoices.
• Execute refunds through back-office applications and collect monthly fees.
• Coordinate with payment vendors on account openings, onboarding, updates, and compliance-related requests.
• Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects.
• Handle internal and external payment queries and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with online payment solutions or within the Forex industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
