What you will do

• Lead and develop the Hardware & Firmware team and shape its shared direction.
• Strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
• Build products and reusable platforms for the industrialization landscape.
• Improve internal processes through creativity, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Help shape the newly formed Industrialization Technologies Leadership Team.

• Experience in electronics, hardware, and firmware development.
