What you will do

• Design product-aligned operating models and organisation designs based on agile principles.
• Assess current-state maturity and develop transformation plans for complex organisations.
• Support leadership immersion sessions, team mobilisation workshops, and colleague engagement plans.
• Design funding and portfolio prioritisation models with Finance and Change stakeholders.
• Facilitate client workshops and help build an empowered culture among client leadership.
• Contribute to consulting methodologies, tools, propositions, and client deliverables.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant consulting or in-house experience.
• Experience in product-aligned operating model design, organisation design, transition planning, current-state assessment, or business analysis.
• Experience working in an agile environment and knowledge of agile principles and practices.
• Understanding of IT Services challenges in medium-sized to large organisations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client advisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in rapidly changing environments.
