Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working AU or NZ business hours.

Salary: Php 75,000–85,000 per month.

What you will do

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
• Create monthly content calendars and produce copy, social graphics, carousels, promotional materials, and short-form videos for Australian employers and Filipino skilled workers.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and A/B test Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and candidate attraction.
• Develop campaigns and educational content covering the company value proposition, visa processes, cross-border recruitment, industry insights, and employment opportunities.
• Track audience growth, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI, ROAS, and other KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain brand governance, audit marketing systems, identify conversion bottlenecks, and test new lead-generation tactics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management.
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies from scratch.
• Advanced working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is required. LinkedIn Ads experience is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, including professional writing for Australian B2B executives and engaging communication for candidate markets.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnel optimization, B2B lead generation, and paid campaign performance analysis.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Digital marketing experience in recruitment, staffing, immigration, or workforce management.
• Experience with Australian or New Zealand B2B markets.
• Familiarity with construction, trades, civil infrastructure, or mining.
• Experience marketing international career opportunities to Filipino professionals or tradespeople.
• Experience running LinkedIn campaigns for business owners, hiring managers, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Working knowledge of email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and foundational SEO practices.
