About the Role
You will review employee expense claims for complete and compliant documentation, answer reimbursement questions, and help resolve exception cases. You will archive contracts and financial vouchers, prepare materials for audits and inspections, and support daily tasks such as bank receipt inquiries, invoice issuance, printing, and courier dispatch.
Requirements
- Be a current undergraduate or postgraduate student; accounting or finance studies are preferred
- Have finance accounting or treasury and tax operations experience, preferably
- Demonstrate English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Use Microsoft Office proficiently
- Demonstrate communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Review employee expense reimbursement documents for completeness and compliance
- Respond to employee reimbursement questions and help resolve exception cases
- Archive contracts and financial vouchers
- Prepare and consolidate financial materials for audits and inspections
- Support bank receipt inquiries, invoice issuance, printing, and courier dispatch
