Accounting Associate

What you will do

• Perform daily finance operations, including payment processing, cash balance monitoring, bank administration support, and fund transfer preparation.
• Prepare accounting entries for operating expenses, direct debits, tax-related bookings, and manual journals.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing through reconciliations, data preparation, entity separation, and consolidation activities.
• Administer VAT fapiao processes, including data preparation, T-suite uploads, request reconciliation, and issuance support.
• Support cost monitoring, cost reporting, cost allocation, government refund documentation, and intercompany processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Operations, Finance IT, business stakeholders, banks, and external service providers.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, finance operations, and internal controls.
• Understanding of payment processing, expense accounting, reconciliations, and closing support.
• Familiarity with cash management, bank processes, VAT fapiao administration, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and finance systems; SAP or T-suite exposure is preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting or finance operations experience is preferred; fresh graduates are accepted.
• Good written and oral English and Chinese communication skills are required. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and reliable follow-up are expected.
