Regional Head - Al Ain Center (UAEN Only)

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite regional leadership role for UAE Nationals (UAEN only).

What you will do

• Lead and oversee operational activities across the Al Ain region, including branches, support units, Tamooha Operations, and the work hub.
• Manage, coach, and develop UAE National employees while driving engagement, collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.
• Develop regional strategies, monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and support portfolio planning and risk management.
• Oversee RM-related support for CIBG clients and ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, SOP adherence, capacity planning, and EOD controls.
• Manage staffing plans, shift patterns, leave calendars, training schedules, operational expenditure, policy adherence, and delegated authorizations.
• Coordinate with senior management and internal stakeholders on service transformation, audit readiness, compliance remediation, operational risk reduction, and regional initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in a related field, including people management and leadership; financial services experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Banking expertise and knowledge of banking systems, including loan processing, limits, and collaterals.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of UAE and GCC regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Project management and organizing/scheduling skills.
• Budgeting, administration, and control skills.
