Algorithmic Trader

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite. Relocation support to Dubai is provided.

What you will do

• Trade a wide range of financial instruments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize trading strategies and algorithms.
• Monitor trading portfolios and manage associated risks.
• Operate and oversee trading desks.
• Analyze market behavior and identify new trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with software engineers on trading tools, systems, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
• 1–3 years of coding experience in any programming language.
• At least 1 year of professional or commercial software development experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mental arithmetic skills.
• Fluent English required. Genuine interest in quantitative, algorithmic, and high-frequency trading.
