Real Estate Operations & Payments Specialist

What you will do

• Own the operational P&L by recording, reconciling, and reporting real estate transactions.
• Validate transaction documentation against operational, financial, and compliance requirements.
• Calculate and verify agent commissions, company revenue, referral fees, and other payment components.
• Coordinate with developers on payment milestones, discrepancies, collections, and deal completion.
• Manage the weekly commission payment cycle with Finance to ensure accurate and timely agent payments.
• Lead AML compliance processes and improve operational controls, reporting, and systems.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reporting.
• Experience in operations, finance, payments, commissions, or real estate transaction management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data and calculations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Sales, Finance, Developers, Product, and external partners.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance requirements and operational controls is advantageous.
