Technical Account Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Launch advertising campaigns by verifying tracking codes, ordering banners, and analyzing product feeds.
• Optimize new and existing advertising campaigns.
• Monitor assigned campaigns continuously.
• Respond proactively to campaign errors and warnings and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, sales, business teams, graphic designers, and other departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tech support, digital marketing, or analytical roles such as data analysis, finance, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical functions, advanced data filtering, and charts.
• Excellent English communication skills; English is the primary language for everyday communication.
• Basic ability or knowledge of HTML.
• Work experience with JavaScript.
• Japanese communication skills at least at JLPT N2 level.
• Familiarity with front-end or broadly understood web technologies and an interest in problem-solving, careful double-checking, and identifying potential errors.
• Interest in technical account management rather than pursuing a career in advanced coding.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or Java.
