What you will do

• Manage CMC master data in SAP S/4HANA supporting global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related operations.
• Develop and maintain master data governance standards, procedures, policies, lifecycle processes, and documentation.
• Analyze, cleanse, validate, monitor, and improve data quality, including identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and root causes.
• Support enterprise data integration, synchronization, migration, mapping, testing, reconciliation, reporting, and business intelligence activities.
• Translate business requirements into reliable master data solutions and provide technical guidance to Digital, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders.
• Provide SME leadership, user training, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and exploration of automation, advanced analytics, and Generative AI-enabled data management.

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, and/or business administration, with experience in pharmaceutical data management and project management.
• 5+ years of experience with a BA/BS, or 3+ years with an MS, in Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing functions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech environments is strongly preferred within the required experience background.
• English proficiency in verbal and/or written communication is required for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Certification in APICS, data management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, data quality tools, and data quality methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in master data management.
• Strong organization, presentation, preparation, project management, curiosity, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and challenge the status quo.
