What you will do

• Explore growth opportunities in the cryptocurrency exchange sector and expand user-acquisition channels.
• Build and maintain strong affiliate and channel partnerships.
• Provide channel-operation support focused on user growth and increase partner output.
• Coordinate and resolve issues arising during partnership operations.
• Identify new partnership resources through industry activities and deliver established performance targets.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in Internet product growth or channel development.
• Experience in blockchain, finance, Internet product user growth, or channel development is preferred.
• English and Mandarin bilingual proficiency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong customer-needs analysis, self-drive, responsibility, resilience under pressure, and cross-department coordination skills.
