Global Affiliate Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote-first work arrangement for candidates in China, Malaysia, or the Philippines

What you will do

• Grow the affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media companies, influencers, and other key partners.
• Negotiate partnerships, manage onboarding, and coordinate required paperwork.
• Manage key affiliate accounts, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns focused on return on investment.
• Build reports from internal data and optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
• Monitor competitors, collaborate with developers on internal tools, and detect fraud, scams, and partner manipulation.

Requirements

• Experience managing large affiliate programs, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of the crypto space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn internal tools quickly and work with developers.
