Senior Decision Scientist, Revenue

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid work with 2 days in the office recommended but not enforced, with exact days agreed within the team.

Annual gross salary: €74,000–€100,100.

What you will do

• Define monetization strategy for pricing, services, eligibility, and new revenue streams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and answer critical business questions with product stakeholders.
• Design experimentation plans using statistical methods to validate strategy and measure feature impact.
• Define, implement, and monitor team KPIs while investigating issues and root causes.
• Build self-service dashboards and enable stakeholders to use data for business insights.
• Promote analytics best practices and assess new initiatives for measurable impact.

Requirements

• Experience in decision science or data analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, regression analysis, and other inferential statistical techniques.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
