Junior Data Scientist (AI)

Salary: €60,000–€85,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build and deploy production models predicting user value, engagement, and reward behavior.
• Run A/B tests on offers, rewards, and ranking systems, and determine causal effects.
• Build and maintain the data pipelines required by machine-learning models.
• Take ambiguous problems from the initial idea through production without an established playbook.

Requirements

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to work faster while validating their output.
• Ability to start with vague problems without waiting for a detailed specification and extend the solution beyond the initial request.
• Ability to identify the most important metric and determine which question to answer first.
• Demonstrated ambition through a project, result, or decision that went beyond “good enough” without being explicitly requested.

Nice to have

• Strong result in a Kaggle challenge, hackathon, or competition.
• Experience building and fixing a system independently when it broke.
