Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months FTC)

Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; two office days per week are recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €2,575–€3,492 gross per month

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate seamless interview processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, proactive sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Build talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and employer branding campaigns.
• Advise hiring managers and interviewers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Track hiring metrics and contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives.
• Support hiring across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, Design, and Research.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist hiring for tech roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
