NOC Infrastructure Administrator (Linux/Windows)

What you will do

• Provide operational support for Linux and Windows systems in a 24/7 NOC and production environment.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, applications, cloud infrastructure, managed services, and scheduled jobs.
• Perform data backup, recovery, patch management, and system availability activities.
• Administer Active Directory user accounts, groups, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows security.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Create operational documentation and lead shift operations when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Experience supporting production infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, IP networking, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, monitoring tools, web servers, SQL queries, and database troubleshooting.
• Experience managing incidents, documenting resolutions, and following operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts on a rotating schedule.
