IT Engineer (Operations)

What you will do

• Provide second-line IT support and troubleshoot complex endpoint, operating system, application, network, and access issues.
• Manage the lifecycle, provisioning, configuration, patching, and software deployment of Windows and macOS devices.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, authentication, and access controls.
• Support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and network connectivity.
• Use PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to IT projects, migrations, system upgrades, security processes, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a similar infrastructure role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS endpoint management, Active Directory or Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting operating systems, applications, hardware, user access, network connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN issues.
• Experience with PowerShell or another scripting language, ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, and incident, request, and change-management processes.
• Security-conscious approach with knowledge of access control and least-privilege principles.
• Clear verbal and written English communication is required for an international working environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with development or DevOps teams.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly for troubleshooting, scripting, documentation, or IT automation.
