AI Engineering Productivity Expert

What you will do

• Define the AI engineering productivity roadmap and identify software development lifecycle bottlenecks.
• Design and build AI Coding Agents for requirements analysis, coding, code review, testing, release, operations, and incident analysis.
• Develop planning, tool-use, context, memory, reflection, validation, and orchestration capabilities for AI Agents and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate AI Agents with repositories, knowledge bases, IDEs, CI/CD systems, observability platforms, and internal developer tools.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for productivity, code correctness, test performance, security, reliability, and human intervention.
• Partner with engineering, QA, platform, security, and operations teams to drive organization-wide adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, engineering productivity, developer platforms, or related engineering roles.
• Deep knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, system design, large codebases, and complex engineering systems.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, and AI Agent fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience developing AI Agents and working with multi-agent architectures, including orchestration, shared state, conflict handling, and failure recovery.
• Experience with Git, source-code management platforms, CI/CD, containers, and modern engineering toolchains.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI for SDLC, intelligent engineering, or enterprise AI Coding Agent platforms.
• Experience with large-codebase understanding, code generation, automated remediation, intelligent code review, or automated testing.
• Familiarity with SWE-bench, internal Agent evaluation systems, MCP, A2A, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, DORA, or SPACE.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or engineering productivity initiatives.
• Open-source contributions, patents, publications, or influence in relevant technical communities.
