Lead PM for PNM (AI)

Location: San Mateo, California; hybrid workplace with in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for geo-hub employees

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Provider Network Management product across provider data, credentialing, enrollment, network adequacy, and payer-provider workflows.
• Define agentic workflows for primary source verification, payer application completion, continuous monitoring, roster management, and directory validation.
• Partner with payers and dental service organizations to understand credentialing, roster submission, NCQA, and state compliance workflows.
• Prioritize multiple workstreams while balancing customer delivery with long-term platform scalability.
• Work with Engineering, Data, and ML to deliver production-ready solutions using hirify.global’s agentic primitives.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data, customer feedback, and operational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products.
• Experience owning and scaling complex product areas in fast-moving environments.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems.
• Ability to make tradeoffs quickly and work directly with enterprise customers from discovery through rollout.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in provider network management, credentialing, provider data, enrollment, or payer operations.
• Background in healthtech, dental, insurance, or regulated and compliance-heavy workflows.
• Experience building AI- or agent-based products.
• Familiarity with NCQA, NPPES, NPDB, state licensing boards, or CVOs.
