What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and go-to-market executives to define talent needs and close candidates across GTM roles.
• Build headhunting-led sourcing strategies using market mapping, targeted outreach, and industry intelligence.
• Screen candidates for values alignment and the technical or commercial competencies required for each role.
• Deliver a transparent, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage.
• Coach interview teams and advise internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
• Track talent acquisition metrics and lead improvements to processes, tools, and the team operating model.

Requirements

• Five years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector.
• Strong headhunting skills, with the ability to handle both volume hiring and retained-search approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-savvy and comfortable using productivity and recruitment tools.
