Proposal Development Associate (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage proposal team calendars, meetings, deadlines, and submission schedules.
• Maintain response trackers and summary sheets.
• Prepare accurate meeting minutes for proposal kickoffs and status checks.
• Update process documentation and support consistent adherence to established procedures.
• Coordinate proactively with stakeholders to mitigate risks on proposal projects.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work on time while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience supporting a team.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, business development, and marketing under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, proactive working style, and ability to manage concurrent deadlines.
• Efficient typing and word-processing skills, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication in synchronous, asynchronous, in-person, and virtual settings.
• Eligibility must comply with U.S. export control requirements, including ITAR and EAR; applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person or be able to obtain the required export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets.
