What you will do

• Design and evaluate chemistry problems and scientific workflows.
• Analyze reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy results, and simulation data.
• Optimize experimental protocols and computational chemistry methods.
• Support testing and benchmarking of chemistry-related AI models.
• Document scientific findings and provide expert feedback.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in at least one relevant chemistry domain, including organic, inorganic, physical, or analytical chemistry.
• Hands-on laboratory or computational research experience.
• Strong Python or specialized scientific software skills.
• Experience with computational chemistry, molecular dynamics, synthesis planning, spectroscopy, or electronic structure methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Postdoctoral, academic, or research scientist experience.
• Peer-reviewed publications or scientific software contributions.
• Experience with AI/ML-assisted chemistry workflows.
• Background in drug discovery, reaction prediction, or retrosynthesis.
