Field Intelligence Analyst (Remote, UAE)

Location: Remote - UAE

Salary: 1–2 AED, plus bonus or commission and equity.

What you will do

• Run discovery and proof-of-value engagements for alert adjudication, due diligence, investigations, and case prioritization.
• Own analytical delivery for customer accounts, including multi-hop investigations across ownership, trade, and corporate records, briefings, and training.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to define analytical requirements, validate solutions, and document platform gaps.
• Direct and evaluate Superconductor on live mission problems and extend it into customer workflows.
• Train and certify customer analysts on hirify.global methods and AI-assisted analysis.
• Capture expert judgment, investigation methods, reference cases, evaluation scenarios, and training materials for the Tradecraft team.

Requirements

• Experience conducting complex, multi-source investigations involving corporate records, trade data, and OSINT.
• Background in financial crime, sanctions and export controls, supply chain or forced labor risk, transnational criminal organizations, or law enforcement and intelligence investigations.
• Experience scoping customer engagements, demonstrating solutions to experts, and delivering under a statement of work.
• Hands-on ability to direct and evaluate AI and agentic analytical tools against precise expert standards.
• Clear communication with analysts, program managers, engineers, and executives.
• Role location: Remote - UAE.

Nice to have

• Python or SQL for data manipulation and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Experience designing training curricula or certifying analysts.
• For government portfolios, an active government security clearance and citizenship matching the country of residence.
