CRM Intern (E-commerce)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with typically 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Plan weekly CRM animation calendars and coordinate local commercial campaigns.
• Prepare campaign briefs, follow up on creative and copy assets, and implement campaigns in the CRM tool.
• Analyze campaign performance through weekly and monthly reporting.
• Lead structured deep dives using data analysis and business insights to understand trends and user behavior.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor trend tracking to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in a business school or university, with enrollment continuing through July 2027.
• Six-month internship starting in January 2027; a university agreement is mandatory.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and excellent knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Fluent English is required.
