Internship/Trade Marketing Assistant (Beauty)

What you will do

• Support the Global Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating trade activities with key markets.
• Consolidate and track trade plans, commercial readiness files, and other operational materials.
• Coordinate post-launch analysis, collect market feedback, and participate in weekly calls with top markets.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product Marketing, 360, Gifting, and local market teams.
• Gather intelligence on category trends, innovations, competitors, and regional performance.
• Run ad-hoc trade marketing analyses and translate findings into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• First- or second-year Master's student.
• Strong Excel proficiency and the ability to interpret data.
• Passion for the beauty industry and curiosity about new industries and ways of working.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and strong cross-functional teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
