Events Manager Intern

Location: Paris, France; hybrid remote work policy

Company

hirify.global is an independent music streaming platform and French technology company creating music and fan experiences.

What you will do

• Support the production and coordination of hirify.global-owned live events, including scenography and fan invitations.
• Coordinate communication activities by briefing copy and design teams and working with social media, PR, and paid media teams.
• Track event tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Help produce appealing fan content, maximize reach and brand attribution, and identify effective content and communication channels.
• Build event reports and structure branded elements across events.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment and synthesize key ideas clearly.
• Comfort with manipulating and analyzing figures.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Available for at least one fixed internship period: January 11 to July 9, 2027, or March 6 to September 3, 2027.
