Customer Experience Manager, Trump Accounts (Fintech)

Location: Westlake, Texas; in-person attendance five days per week. The team operates seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET, with schedules of either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.

Base pay for the Westlake, TX compensation zone: $96,900–$114,000 USD annually, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coach and develop a customer experience team using qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
• Build an inclusive, positive team culture aligned with company values.
• Guide employees through organizational change with clear communication.
• Handle complex customer issues and escalations involving stock trading, corporate actions, and market mechanics.
• Provide expertise on custodial accounts, IRAs, brokerage accounts, equities, and investor education.

Requirements

• Active FINRA licensing.
• Previous leadership experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager with a record of achieving results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on mentorship.
• Deep financial services knowledge, particularly in equities, corporate actions, and retirement accounts.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change.
• Ability to work in the Westlake, TX office five days per week.
