Provider Operations Supervisor (Healthcare)

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas, United States

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead and manage provider operations advocates to meet performance goals and KPIs.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure accurate, high-quality support for provider partners.
• Hold weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and support team development.
• Set priority focus areas aligned with organizational goals and KPI targets.
• Act as the primary escalation point and relationship manager for provider groups.
• Prepare performance updates and maintain knowledge management tools, resources, and automated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• At least two years of team management experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools such as Anthropic and ChatGPT.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, judgment, data analysis, and prioritization skills.
