Pharmacy Executive IV - Pharmacy Enterprise

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Coordinate consulting activities across multiple client accounts and project teams.
• Lead project teams and deliver engagements within established timelines and budgets.
• Assess pharmacy and medication management programs across health systems, infusion centers, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and clinics.
• Develop strategic operating plans using pharmacy care standards, data analysis, industry practices, and benchmark comparisons.
• Lead formulary management and therapeutic interchange initiatives to improve medication utilization, pricing, clinical outcomes, and financial performance.
• Present actionable recommendations and pharmacy insights to client executives and at national or regional forums.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree, such as PharmD or BSPharm, required.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Relevant health-system pharmacy practice experience required.
• Experience assessing pharmacy programs and developing strategic clinical, operational, and financial recommendations.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, executive communication, analytical, and client relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree beyond the pharmacy degree.
• Master’s degree in business or health administration.
• Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities.
• Experience leading pharmacy operations, medication management, or healthcare consulting initiatives.
