Graphic Designer

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States / Hybrid; typically three days per week on-site.

What you will do

• Create print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, web assets, infographics, iconography, and trade show graphics.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, layouts, rough drafts, and final approved designs.
• Apply corporate brand guidelines and work with predefined templates.
• Prepare high-quality layouts and print production materials.
• Collaborate with design managers, senior designers, copywriters, product marketers, and marketing managers.
• Contribute design work to a high-visibility global website.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, versatility, originality, and visual/conceptual ability.
• Ability to communicate and present ideas, manage multiple projects, and meet time, cost, and deadline expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with web design, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong illustration skills.
