Visual Designer

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates near hirify.global offices may choose hybrid work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasional business travel is required, approximately 3–6 times per year.

Salary: $64,000–$100,000 per year, adjusted based on location, experience, qualifications, and market data.

What you will do

• Develop brand-aligned design solutions for campaigns and initiatives across print, digital, email, product, and event channels.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, templates, master slides, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
• Manage assignments from concept and design development through digital file preparation and completion.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and shared assets while incorporating accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with vendors on production, print specifications, and quality control reviews.
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and contribute to workflow improvements across the creative process.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant visual design and production work.
• BFA in graphic design and 4–6 years of hands-on design and production experience.
• Knowledge of visual design systems, hierarchy, typography, illustration, iconography, photography, data visualization, interaction, and composition.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office, including advanced PowerPoint template and master-slide design.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to travel 3–6 times per year are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, animated media, or motion graphics.
• Interest in experimenting with emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.
