Audit Manager, Technology Operations, Security and Resilience

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Contribute to the annual audit plan for Technology Operations, Security, and Resilience.
• Assess infrastructure, systems, operational resilience, security, and technology risks across audit groups.
• Participate in or manage technology-related internal audit engagements within plan and budget.
• Review IT infrastructure, security, resilience, cloud services, access management, and data controls.
• Identify emerging risks and share risk and control trends with Internal Audit management.
• Review contracts and provide feedback to ensure appropriate audit rights are included.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of technology audit experience with knowledge of infrastructure, networks, security, cloud, resilience, and compliance risks and controls.
• Understanding of auditing practices and principles for evaluating operations and assessing risk.
• Ability to write comprehensive, concise reports for senior leadership.
• Current professional credentials such as CISA or CISSP.
• Knowledge of COBIT and working knowledge of ITIL, ISO, and NIST frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
