Focus Member Coordinator

What you will do

• Provide personalized, white-glove support to high-priority members.
• Proactively confirm upcoming rides and coordinate details with the Routing Team.
• Provide real-time assistance through the Focus Member phone line, including mobility accommodations.
• Monitor dashboards, track memberships and expiration dates, and maintain accurate service records.
• Identify and escalate errors or service issues while collaborating with Routing, Network, and Member Services teams.
• Advocate for members and help improve workflows and service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, and phone-based communication skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving ability in member or customer interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from Texas, United States.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or CRM systems.
• Experience supporting vulnerable or high-acuity populations.
• Experience in healthcare services, transportation coordination, or member services.
