Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. In-person onboarding takes place in Toronto; occasional travel for offsites, department meetings, and customer events may be required.

Annual base salary: $121,000–$158,500 USD for US-based roles; C$104,000–C$151,000 CAD for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Design, launch, and optimize digital customer success campaigns across onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal.
• Build scalable customer journeys using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement.
• Translate customer and product signals into triggered programs, lifecycle messaging, and measurable interventions.
• Create and optimize customer-facing communications, including email campaigns and journey messaging.
• Measure activation, deployment, engagement, retention, expansion, churn, and content interaction through dashboards and reporting.
• Run A/B tests, cohort analysis, message iteration, and AI-assisted campaign optimization in collaboration with Data, Product, Customer Success Operations, Content, and Voice of Customer teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product-Led Growth, or a related SaaS environment.
• Proven success building and owning lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable business impact.
• Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or customer journeys rather than managing a book of business.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, renewal, and risk management motions.
• Ability to interpret customer and product signals, identify patterns, and develop clear campaign strategies and interventions.
• Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar customer success and marketing automation platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for program design, experimentation, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with hirify.global or cybersecurity.
