Senior IT Product Owner

What you will do

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog and lead refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and business outcomes while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related technology role.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise technology delivery.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, establish priorities, and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
